How Do You Bring Your Page To The Top Of The Search Results In Google?
How can you consistently bring your website to the top of the search results in a google search. I understand there is a page ranking system, but how can a person be assured that their website is going to be the one that ranks best with google?
The first answer is good but it is mostly basic SEO that is understood by most webmasters. Definitely good advice but not enough to consistently keep you in the top ten fold. Engines are far too sophisticated to rank every site with great on page in the top of SERPS.
There is no simple answer to your question other then strategy dependent on the market size of the keyword (s)

I agree with most of your answer, but you should not use the term “guaranty” ! Nobody can guarantee a certain ranking, what a SEO company does is “doing their best” according to their experience and lots of them do a really good job, but a responsible SEO expert won’t give a guaranty, because he can’t!
My clients enjoy lots of nº 1 rankings as a result of my work but I never give a guaranty.
